About
Elena Marsh
ICF-Certified Professional Coach (PCC)
I became a coach the long way around. I spent a decade managing teams in healthcare operations, and the part of the job I cared most about was never the operations — it was sitting with someone at a hard decision and helping them find their footing.
Eventually I trained for it properly. Since then I've worked with hundreds of people — first-time managers, career changers, founders, and folks who simply wanted their life to feel like their own again.
My Approach
Collaborative and practical
Coaching is a partnership. You bring the expertise on your own life; I bring structure, questions, and a perspective that isn't already inside your head.
We start by getting specific about what you want — not the polished version, the true one. From there we look honestly at what may be holding you back: habits, beliefs, competing priorities, or circumstances that need a different strategy.
Then we build practical steps toward meaningful change, and I hold you to them with warmth and without judgment.

What To Expect

Sessions follow what matters to you that week, inside a structure that keeps us moving.
Honest, kind reflection
I'll tell you what I notice — including the patterns that are easy to talk around.
Something to do next
Every session ends with a concrete step small enough that you'll actually take it.
Curious whether we'd work well together?
The first conversation is free, unhurried, and has no obligation attached to it.
